Where are you located?

We are located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

What is your shipping rate?

 We offer flat rate shipping: $14 within Canada ($10 within Ontario), $15 within the US. Free shipping is offered on orders over $150 which will automatically be applied at checkout. 

What is your order processing time?

For items currently in stock, orders are typically shipped within 1–5 business days (please note this does not include delivery time). We always do our best to get your goodies out the door as quickly as possible! For pre-order when items are out of stock, since many of our products are lovingly handmade, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before shipping. We promise it’s worth the wait! 

Where do you get your playdough?

We partner with amazing playdough makers from across the country who specialize in crafting high-quality, handmade dough. Each of our kits includes dough made by one of these talented creators, and we carefully select a variety of scents, textures, and colors to match each theme. You’ll find the specific playdough supplier listed in each product description so you always know where your dough is coming from!

Is the playdough edible?

Although it smells so delicious, our playdough is not meant to be eaten. It’s made with natural, kid-safe ingredients, it’s for playing – not snacking!

Why is sensory play like playdough important?

Sensory play—like squishing, rolling, and shaping playdough—is more than just fun. It helps kids build important skills while they play!

Playing with dough strengthens fine motor muscles, supports creativity, encourages focus, and helps kids explore textures, scents, and shapes. It also gives them a calming, hands-on way to express emotions and process the world around them.

Plus, when you add kindness-themed prompts or storytelling to the mix, sensory play becomes a powerful tool for nurturing empathy, patience, and social skills. It’s playful learning at its best!

What age are the playdough kits for?
Our playdough kits are designed for children ages 3 and up. They contain small pieces that could be a choking hazard and should always be used with adult supervision. These kits are not suitable for children under the age of 3.

What makes your playdough kits unique?
All of our playdough kits are centered around kindness! Each one is thoughtfully designed to help kids explore important values—like empathy, patience, generosity, and compassion—through hands-on, imaginative play.  We believe that building big hearts is just as important as building fine motor skills, and our kits make it fun and meaningful for little ones to learn both at the same time.

Are your kits made in Canada?
Yes! Our kits are proudly made in Canada. Our play pieces are printed and hand crafted by Canadian makers, and our printed materials & play cards are all printed at local print shops. Our labels are also printed by a small business in Ottawa. We also source our playdough from wonderful small businesses across the country.

Are your toys eco-friendly?

Our PLA toys are made from a plant-based, biodegradable plastic that’s durable and safe for little ones.

How long will the playdough last?

If stored in a sealed container and used with clean hands and surfaces, your playdough can last 6-12 months. It is recommended to store the playdough away properly immediately after use. 

 How do you clean the PLA toys?

To keep them in great shape, follow these simple care tips:

Cleaning: Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking in water or placing in the dishwasher, as prolonged moisture and high heat may cause warping or damage. For deeper cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush with warm (not hot) water.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. PLA can soften or warp if exposed to temperatures above 50°C (122°F).

Does your playdough contain allergens ?

The playdough contains wheat and is not produced in a nut-free facility. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find out if our playdough is a safe fit for your child.
